Responsibilities & Context

Lets Know International Educational Consultancy is hiring an Expert Visa Consultant to join our professional team. We’re looking for someone who not only has expertise in visa processing but is also comfortable appearing on camera to create informative videos and provide proper guidelines to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through visa application processes for countries like Austria, Hungary, Finland, Denmark, and more.
• Create videos to explain visa processes, document requirements, and other essential topics for students.
• Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and provide proper, up-to-date guidelines to clients.
• Assess and review visa-related documents for compliance and accuracy.
• Provide expert advice on financial documents, embassy interviews, and other legal formalities.
• Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless experience for students.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or in a related field.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating professional, informative videos.
• Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
• In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and study abroad processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• A client-focused, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
