Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities & Context We are currently seeking an experienced “Export Officer” to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Export processes, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Export documentation requirements. This role will involve providing comprehensive support for Export operations, managing buyers and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ·
- Provide comprehensive support to Exporters, including market research, buyer identification, and Export strategy development.
- Demonstrate previous experience in managing the entire Export process from start to finish, including order processing, documentation.·
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities ensuring prompt response to inquiries and meeting their needs.·
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.·
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, monitor supplier performance, and address issues.·
- Oversee the preparation and processing of Export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.·
- Coordinate with logistics providers for transportation, shipping, and delivery, monitoring progress and resolving issues.·
- Maintain accurate records of Export and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations for easy retrieval and auditing.
