Responsibilities & Context

Our company is a 100% export-oriented company. So, we are currently seeking an experienced “Export Officer” to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Export processes, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Export documentation requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain accurate records of Export and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations for easy retrieval and auditing.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, monitor supplier performance, and address issues.
Oversee the preparation and processing of Export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with logistics providers for transportation, shipping, and delivery, monitoring progress and resolving issues.
Provide comprehensive support to Exporters, including market research, buyer identification, and Export strategy development.
Demonstrate previous experience in managing the entire Export process from start to finish, including order processing, documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities ensuring prompt response to inquiries and meeting their needs.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
