Responsibilities & Context

This is a full-time on-site role for an External Affairs Manager for Synergy Solution & Advisory Ltd. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials, media outlets, industry associations, and relevant community groups. which play a crucial role in shaping opinion, advocating for the assigned interests, and managing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Relations:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulators and their staff at state and local levels.

– Monitor and analyze regulatory developments that impact the client’s interests.

– Develop and implement strategies to influence public policy and regulatory decisions.

– Engage with industry associations, community groups, and other external stakeholders to foster positive relationships and support the client’s goals.

• Media Relations:

– Monitor media coverage and analyze public sentiment considering the client’s interests.

– Develop and execute media relations strategies to manage the client’s visibility and reputation.

• Advocacy:

– Develop and implement advocacy campaigns to promote the client’s mission and objectives.

– Execute grassroot advocacy efforts at required levels to uphold the client’s interest.

• Crisis Management:

– Provide timely and accurate information to prevent the client from trouble.

– Develop and implement action plans to address potential issues and protect the client’s interest.
