Responsibilities & Context
- To create a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth to lead students toward fulfillment of their potential for intellectual, emotional, and psychological growth and maturation through extracurricular activities.
- An Extra-curricular Teacher provides students with daily feedback on performance in character and skills, and plan for individual learning needs.
- Teaching the following classes, Music/Rhymes; Art; Storytelling/Theater; Dance
- Organizing and managing cultural programs and encouraging student’s participation.
- Assist additionally homeroom management, planning and preparing lessons, researching and implementing new methods. Especially assisting special needs kids.
- Conducting classes in absence of any teacher.
- Become an active member in the school community by attending conferences and trainings, also collaborating and participating in different programs.
- Fulfill administrative duties associated with the job.
- Keeping engagement with School community.
- Develops lesson plans and instructional materials and provides individualized and small group instruction in order to adopt the curriculum.
