Position: Facebook Ad Expert

Salary: Starting at 40,000 BDT (negotiable for the right candidate)
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage high-performing Facebook ad campaigns.
Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Provide support and insights for basic Google Ads campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads policies, tools, and trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Facebook Ads management.
Proven ability to manage ad campaigns with a total spend of at least $100,000 USD.
Basic understanding of Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable results.
Attention to detail and a creative approach to ad strategies.
