Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through online communication.
- Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Maintain social media and e-commerce platforms (Facebook, Website).
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; recommending new products; and recommending facilities and service improvements.
- Identify and report potential issues, including spam, harassment, and inappropriate content.
- Track and report on key metrics related to social media moderation.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment of community feedback with content strategy.
- Ensuring proper service and after-sales support to clients.
- Generate price quotations, sales reports, and customer info when necessary.
- Online sales generate.
- Taking customer feedback.
