Job Position: Factory General Manager

Age Requirement: 45+
Educational Requirements:
- A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree or higher.
Experience Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience, with a strong background in the edible oil refinery sector.
- Prior experience in senior management within a factory environment is crucial.
Key Skills and Expertise:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the following systems and operations:
- Heat Exchangers
- Boilers
- Fractionation Plants
- Deodorisation Processes
- Factory Electrical Operations
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the edible oil refinery industry, specifically with top-tier refineries. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and operational management skills are essential for ensuring efficient factory performance.
