Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Managing the overall industry should involve strategic decision-making.
Lead the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase throughput.
Please ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies to maintain operational integrity.
Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to track operational efficiency and profitability.
Monitor financial performance against targets, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to ensure financial viability.
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Represent the company in external forums, industry events, and regulatory meetings to enhance our brand reputation and influence.
