Responsibilities & Context
- Leading the factory team to meet production targets
- Handle Milling, boiling, and parboiling section
- Ensuring quality control and safety standards
- Develop and implement production plans for the milling, boiling, and parboiling sections to meet production targets.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and other essential resources.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and market trends.
- Analyze production capacity and plan resource allocation to avoid bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
- Monitor and manage the maintenance schedule to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Plan and conduct staff training to enhance operational efficiency and maintain safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and environmental regulations
