Responsibilities & Context
Implementing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Ensuring the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Following established standards (SOP) and quality criteria.
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies in the factory.
Ensuring the safe storage and use of chemicals.
Preventing accidents and being prepared to handle emergency situations.
Supervising the work of officers and workers.
Supervising the stock of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Ensuring compliance with government laws, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Supervising the maintenance of necessary registers, licenses, and records.
Performing any other duties as required by management.
