Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s Degree in food engineering / industrial engineering, Food Technology / Food Science / Industrial Management / Business Administration / Production Management
A diploma or training in Factory Operations / Quality Control / Production Planning is a plus

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Requirements

Experience:

3–4 years in food, snacks, or consumer goods manufacturing factory
Hands-on experience in production line management, worker supervision, and quality control
Familiar with food safety standards (BSTI, HACCP, ISO, etc.)
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Sound knowledge of production machinery and food safety standards.
Ability to handle pressure and manage shift-based operations.
Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, ERP knowledge preferred).
Good communication and reporting skills in Bangla and English.

Responsibilities & Context

Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Plan, organise, and supervise production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Maintain product quality as per company and food safety standards (BSTI, ISO, HACCP).
Monitor raw material usage, wastage control, and ensure cost efficiency.
Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced on schedule.
Supervise factory staff and workers, assign duties, and monitor performance.
Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness within the factory premises.
Coordinate with the management, procurement, and sales teams for production planning.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with all factory regulations and labour laws.
