- Proven experience 5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in gas stoves & cast iron production.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations within the manufacturing plant.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within quality standards.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the production team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to production machinery or processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, such as yield, downtime, and labour efficiency.
- Any other duties assigned by the management as and when required
