- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Gas, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing workers and supervisors.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the gas stove production unit.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production lines to meet production targets.
- Monitor and maintain product quality in accordance with company standards.
- Manage workforce discipline, attendance, and productivity.
- Implement safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
- Control wastage and optimise raw material usage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams.
