Education

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering preferably with MBA in Operation Management (Educational requirements will be relaxed for suitable candidates)

Experience

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Develop strategies and production process development plans to enhance production efficiency
Study innovation and modern production, technology to apply, develop and improve the production process
Analyze, evaluate and plan maintenance of machinery to reduce production costs and production losses
Provide advice and suggestions for solving problems related to the production process and maintenance of machinery also creating standards and inspection methods and follow up on results to be consistent to reach the production development plan
Control and monitor daily production results of each department, including monthly production planning and use of resources/raw materials to produce in line with each department’s production line to achieve maximum efficiency.
To proceed the production according to the plan, steps, and product quality as well as production safety in accordance with the standards to the customer confidence in the product
Able to repair machinery in the entire production line and provide training
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
