Job Context

We are looking to hire a plastic industry experienced factory manager to ensure that factory production targets and loss reduction.

Responsibilities:

To Manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment and developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
To motivate the workforce for achieving the company’s goal.
Lead automation, innovation & adaption of technology.
To establish clear operating standards and systems for all aspects of the operations to maintain and improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) in the factory.
Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
Adherence to sustainability and Operations Risk Management (ORM).
Ensure Daily direction setting is implemented and established in the area of responsibility to support and ensure delivery of KPI’s.
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Any others task assigned by Management.
