- Age 24 to 35 years
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Furniture Factory as Assistant Manager, Manager or in similar position.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead Production Management: Coordinate and supervise all manufacturing processes, lead and manage the factory team including technicians and operators.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure products meet design specifications and deadline.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize factory workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Inventory and Budget Management: Manage raw material procurement, inventory control, and Monitor factory expenses
- Maintenance & Safety: Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensuring that machinery is in good working order, enforce health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers
