Additional Requirements

To lead the production team with the required command, guidance, appropriate direction and supervision for its daily/weekly/monthly production target achievement.
Close coordination with production planning, the sample-making department, and other related sections will give the production team a clear understanding of the sample before its bulk production.
To guide the team for an effective machine layout to execute its production schedule and to ensure the utilisation of the man, machines, and materials cost-effectively.
Monitoring hourly production as per its set target.Report on daily production status.
Ensure the team clearly understands their respective duties and responsibilities at each level and coaches/guides them in the proper way of achieving the company’s goal.
To make the team accountable for any target achievement failure and take necessary action immediately.
To ensure a tidy, neat & clean production floor in line with its buyers’ compliance requirements.
To initiate on-the-job training for the development of the team members.
Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
