Additional Requirements

• Age 40 to 45 years

• At least 10 years of relevant working experience (essential); (Denim Bottom)
• Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar role in the garments sector.
• In-depth knowledge of production, Planning, Process optimization, and quality control in the garments Industry.¨
• The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Garments (Woven, Bottom)
• Proven track record of successfully managing a garment factory.
• Strong Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision making.
• Incorporate update production system& equipment at factory ensure product delivery start.
• Especially, the Experience of Buyers like ;  Kontoor, otto ,LPP, ZARA, Up-to-date knowledge of QMS,
• IE, and lean tools; Knowledge of updated machines and equipment;
• Strong work ethic in work;
• Reporting skills, and computer skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Make sure about the good quality of products, delivery, Installation.
• Maintaining production schedules, assessing buyer’s requirements for on time delivery.¨
• Regular inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.¨
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
