Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for making effective monthly production plan/advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with marketing, production and others relevant team.
• Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely delivery through strong production follow up.
• Prepare and design layout of man, machine and materials based on order to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze and develop plans for improving work-flow, space and labor utilization and design equipment layout.
• Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability and follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
• Forecasting target for daily and monthly & work with team to achieve the target and monitor hourly production record as set.
• Identify & Implement various system to minimize the cost, waste time and increase efficiency.
• Do the pre-production activity or relevant style/product.
• Conducting capacity study, time study, method study in each and every style.
• Enforce and ensure section & process wise SMV and SMV reduction for smooth operation.
• Update and maintain efficiency report, variance report with WIP, skill inventory, monthly style wise closing.
• Responsible for order wise input/output record.
• Analyze critical process and ensure process standardization.
• Reviewing operators’ skill level (monthly) for performance evaluation and ensuring corrective action.
• Find the bottleneck from the first hour and whole day report and chasing till solve.
• Ensure training & motivate workers to achieve target without compromising quality.
• Apply ‘Work Study” techniques to improve the overall floor performances.
• Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
• To collect daily production data and other performance data.
• Any other assigned by management.
