Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage end-to-end factory operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, compliance and supply chain coordination.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the factory to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
- Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and optimize operational cost.
- Handle crisis management and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
