Responsibilities & Context
- Manage day-to-day factory operations.
- Coordinate and manage the production activities.
- Responsible for overall production effort.
- Set and continuously update production schedules.
- Regulate work flow to ensure maximum utilization of capacity and requirements.
- Reduce wastage of resources, minimize cost of production and improve efficiency of production.
- Maintain inventory and management of laboratory, factory machinery and instruments.
- Ensure all food safety methods are followed during manufacturing.
- Ensure GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, pest control, environmental monitoring, critical hygiene procedures, staff health, and water quality.
