Summary

Education

Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in the garments accessories industry (experience with gum tape preferred).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and process optimization.
Sound knowledge of quality assurance and health & safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.

Responsibilities:

Manage overall factory operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
Supervise and coordinate the production team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Plan and implement production schedules while optimizing resource utilization.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely raw material supply.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor standards within the factory premises.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery and equipment are maintained properly.
Identify and resolve production challenges promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for operational improvements and cost reduction.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
Lead and motivate factory staff, providing training and support as needed.
