Responsibilities & Context
Seeking for Factory Manager (Production) in the Production Department. This role involves supervising manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards, particularly focusing on the processing and finishing aspects. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, minimize waste, and drive continuous improvement efforts and will report directly to the Plant Head.
Location: Abder, Telihati, Joinabazar, Sreepur, Gazipur-1740.
