Responsibilities & Context

• Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, machinery, materials, and production facilities, to achieve production targets and minimize costs.
• Ensure all Production and all tasks following on strict regulations and requirements maintained by Brands and Customers from the manufacturing end.
• Ensuring day-to-day production output, product quality and on-time shipment.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet production requirements and resolve resource constraints or bottlenecks.
• Develop an internal Shipment plan along with a central Plan and implement production targets to Achieve regularly as well do strategies to improve productivity and optimize production efficiency, ensuring maximum output with minimum waste.
• Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
• Collaborate with IE & Planning, Work Study, MIS for line planning, technical department, process breakdown, and optimization of consumption, costing, and inventory.
• Increase production, quality, and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance. Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issue involving merchandising.
• To Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure that garments meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
• Regularly monitor and track production progress, process development, productivity levels, and efficiency metrics. Identify areas for improvement, such as process optimization, workflow enhancements, and automation, to increase production capacity and reduce lead times.
• Lead the large production team, including production managers, supervisors, and line workers. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Provide regular production reports and analyze performance data for continuous improvement.
• Act as a key link between top management and production units, ensuring smooth communication and execution of directives.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
