Responsibilities & Context

·         To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively;

·         Prepare delivery challan & stocks report;

·         To maintain a relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance;

·         Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws’ requirement from Compliance point of view;

·         Have to Perform Compliance audit at factories;

·         To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively;

·         To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer’s requirement;

·         To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports;

·         To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis;

·         To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively;

·         To assist & report to Manager/AGM- Compliance accordingly;

·         To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance;

·         To maintain and make the renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permits;

·         To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers;

To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor / Honors / BBA from any reputed institution. Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:

.      1 to 2 year(s

·         The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct

·        The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements:

·         Age 26 to 30 years;

·         Only males are allowed to apply;

·         Strong written and oral communication skills in English;

·         Has to know the use of Web-communication;

·         Must be a good team player;

·         The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality;

·         Proficient in MS Office Package;

·         Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame;

·         Good inter-personal & communication skills;

·          Computer skills in using office software and ability to type in Bangla;

·         Conversant in using office equipment;

·          Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Amendment act -2015, 2018 and Bangladesh Labor Rules;

·         Need to stay in factory.
