Requirements
Education

Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in similar ISO certified aluminium extrusion factory, 3 of which in a leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of ERP, aluminium profile manufacturing quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Experience in creating and managing budgets for production
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to evaluate systems followed, lead and guide cross-functional teams towards success and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English. Preferred spoken Hindi or Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context
Employment Type: Contractual.
- Positive mind set for excessive working hours.
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations within the factory.
- Ensure that production processes are running safely, efficiently, and effectively, while also meeting quality and output targets.
- Plan, direct and coordinate resources (human and material) with a focus on meeting production schedules within budgeted costs, and maximizing the efficiency of the production facility.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, aluminium profile manufacturing quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Experience in creating and managing budgets for production
