- SSC/HSC/Graduation in any discipline (Educational qualification is flexible for experienced persons)
Responsibilities & Context
Our sister concern Dream Furniture BD is a manufacturer of high-quality wooden doors and furniture. We are seeking experienced and dynamic Factory Production Managers to take care of our production process and ensure expected productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of the factory work, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Manage and lead worker groups, ensuring proper training and motivation.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials and equipment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
