Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or Industrial Design
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 40 years
- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the furniture manufacturing area.
- Assign work to production staff and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Monitor the use of materials, machines, and manpower for optimal productivity.
- Maintain product quality standards as per company specifications.
- Coordinate with design, finishing, and quality control teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure safety procedures and factory cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Keep records of production output, attendance, and materials usage.
- Train and motivate workers for better performance and skill development.
- Identify equipment needs, maintenance requirements, or workflow improvements.
- Report daily production status and challenges to the Factory Manager.
Responsibilities & Context
- The Furniture Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring furniture manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards. The role involves managing workers, monitoring production schedules, coordinating with design and quality teams, and maintaining a smooth workflow to achieve production targets.
