Responsibilities & Context

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering services in large number of BQT events and other F&B outlets as and when necessary under the guidance of F&B Service Manager/ BQT Operation Manager.

Setting table and serving food & Beverages and clearing in accordance with Radisson standards.

Deliver services as per Banquet Event Orders

Exhibit knowledge of all items on the menu and with professional service manners.

Supporting other colleagues to meet and exceed guest’s expectations.

Ensuring guests are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Ensuring quick, efficient & friendly service at all times.

Checking BEOs, all logs, diary and other paperwork including opening and closing procedures meetings and events

Maintains personal grooming and Food Hygiene at all times
