Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking for dynamic and experienced Fashion Designer / Assistant Fashion Designer (Woven Shirt) for the Fashion Design Department at Oxford Shirts Ltd., a sister concern of Pretty Group.
Job location will be South Salna, Gazipur.
- Design & Develop the Woven Shirt by researching and following the buyer’s Trends.
- Make Co-Creation & Collection Design.
- Produce concepts by analyzing trends and target consumers.
- Make Graphics / Sketches by hand or on the computer.
- Receipts / Offers Trend Report / Client Mood / Market Intel as Buyer’s Development Program / Upcoming Seasonal Development.
- Program follow-up and confirm quality products through multiple processes (pattern, strike-off, mockup & wash).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sampling, merchandising, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
- Fashion trim, fabric, and wash-technic gathering based on the trends or buyer requirements.
- Attend trade shows, and industry events to gain inspiration, network with industry professionals, and stay informed about the latest industry developments.
- Maintain and update the display room for the buyer’s visit.
- Proper documentation and reporting of works.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
