Creativity and Vision:

· A strong sense of style and an ability to make unique ideas into designs.

· Knowledge of fashion trends and a good eye for selection.· Ability to come up with unique and innovative concepts.

· Knowledge of form and function to make cohesive aesthetic product.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in sketching and illustration to represent ideas visually.

· Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software used in fashion design.

· Understanding of fabrics, accessories and materials.· Understanding of pattern & style.

· Fine eye for details.· Strong color combination skill.Business and Communication Skills:

· Ability to understand market and customer.

· Ability to communicate effectively by verbal, written and visual mediums.

Additional Qualities:

· Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration.

· Strong work ethic with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

· Detail-oriented approach to ensure quality in design and construction.

· Collaborative work mentality with both officers & stuffs is a must.
