5+ years’ experience in production planning, ERP systems, and Fast React software administration. Familiarity with RMG/Apparel manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Technical Knowledge:·
Hands-on experience with Fast React planning software.

Job Context:-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fast React Administrator to manage and optimize the use of our Fast React planning software. The ideal candidate will oversee system configuration, data input, and user support, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:-

System Management: Configure and maintain the Fast React system to meet the organization’s planning and operational needs. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Data Administration: Input and validate production and planning data into the system. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all modules.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users on Fast React functionalities. Develop and update user guides and documentation.
Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with production, planning, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Fast React with other systems. Liaise with software vendors for updates, customizations, and issue resolution.
Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports on production schedules, capacity planning, and performance metrics. Analyze system data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Participate in cross-departmental projects to streamline planning processes.
