Education
• Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Public Health, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Public Health
Experience

BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Diagnostic Centre, Call Center, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Additional Requirements
• Age 25 to 40 years
• Previous experience in patient appointment maintenance and calling service centers in domestic and foreign hospitals/nursing homes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English Speaking & Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Responsibilities & Context
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with foreign hospitals.
• Provide patients support with appointment bookings, accommodation booking on medical tourism options, including available treatments, international hospitals, and destinations in countries like India, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Must have experience with contacting international hospitals and patient referral system.
• Offer personalized support to patients throughout the medical tourism and referral process by Calling & WhatsApp.
• Maintain patients payment invoices & commission calculation for each month.
