Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct academic sessions in the evening for 3 hours, focusing on improving students’ understanding of subjects as per their curriculum.
- Provide individual and group tutoring based on students’ needs and performance levels.
- Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
- Monitor and track the academic progress of each student and provide feedback to parents/guardians if required.
- Develop and implement study plans and strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a quiet, focused learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with hostel authorities and parents to address students’ academic concerns.
- Offer moral and emotional support to students, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
