2-5 years in potato contract farming.
Candidates with prior experience in potato cultivation or agronomy are strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective engagement with farmers and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic agricultural environment.
Proficiency in computer applications for data management and reporting is desirable.
Applicant should have a personal Motorbike.

Responsibilities:

Select suitable potato production blocks based on land quality, irrigation, and drainage systems.
Identify and engage actual farmers for potato cultivation.
Prepare reports and submit them to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Organize farmer meetings and finalize agreements with contract growers.
Ensure timely distribution of inputs such as seeds, fertilizer, and pesticides to contract growers.
Conduct regular field visits and provide technical support to contract growers.
Ensure the quality of potato production by contract growers.
Oversee product collection and storage operations smoothly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on farmers, land, and crops.
MIS on competitive activities.
Driving the sustainability agenda of the company.
Trial designing, execution and data keeping.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
