- Experience working in an office environment and able to use a computer (word for windows, excel software) and email is essential.

- Creativity and innovation.
- 2 years’ experience in community development specially Rohingya Crisis Response at CXB or Bhasanchar.
- Experience in World Vision, Work experience on Moringya and Mushroom cultivation.
Responsibilities & Context
- The Assistant will be based on Bhasanchar field office assisting the Project Manager to ensure the quality, efficient and effective delivery of project activities.
- The position will responsible for the direct field implementation of all kinds of activities. Assist to Project Manager to do including the liaison with the Government Department, liaison with other WVB projects to ensure the services are well integrated and well-coordinated.
- The Assistant will work closely and assist the Manager to establish humanitarian accountability feedback mechanisms in all activities. The Assistant will assist the PM to ensure that all monitoring systems are in place and are functional, and that the feedback from the monitoring system is being utilized to improve program implementation.
- The Field Assistant will assist PM for documenting success stories from group/individual and works closely with the Communications and Advocacy to report on the success stories on Livelihood, Moringya and Mushroom.
Assist in the efficient and effective delivery of project’s services:
- Assist to PM for smoothly implementation of Mushroom and Moringya Cultivation, production and distribution input support.
- Assist the PM to develop plans and develop schedules.
- Assist to Identify and select Rohingya male and female for homestead gardening.
- Assist to customize existing home gardening curriculum.
- Capacity building of staffs with the assistance of CIC office
- Take prime role on deliver home gardening and specialized training.
- Ensure gardeners with technical backstopping/solutions at Demo centered involving technical personnel of DAE.
- Assist to ensure inputs and incentives among the gardeners.
- Fully functional, well maintained, all the interventions.
- Well developed and planned utilization of services and activities Adequately equipped all the front line staffs and centers for training delivery.
- Demo Gardens will establish as a technology extension/technical backstop hub.
Assist the PM in overseeing the implementation of MEAL structures and system for the project:
- Assist the PM in working with the MEAL team to develop the MEAL structures and system.
- Assist the PM to ensure that feedback from HA structures and system and feedback from Monitoring systems is used to improve the quality and implementation of the interventions.
- Assist the PM to update partners, and relevant stakeholders on required DME process, standard and systems.
- Well structured, coordinated, MEAL structures and systems that inform program quality and implementation.
Assist in Coordination and integration of other WV services:
- Assist the PM in overall coordination and leading the discussion on integrating other WV services/activities.
- Assist the PM in developing the schedules for integrated services / activities to improve the impact of WVB emergency response programs.
- Well integrated services for greater impact and output.
Assist the PM in Reporting and Accounting:
- Assist the PM for reporting and tracking all commodities, non-food items and inputs for the BnFs.
- Assist the PM for internal weekly, monthly and quarterly donor reporting. Assist the PM in working in collaboration with the Communications Unit to document success stories.
- Well-coordinated reporting structures and verified reports from the projects Well tracked movement of the community assets.
Assist the PM to ensure Sustainability and Exit Strategy:
- Assist the PM to Lead the sustainability and exit strategy discussions with the Community / Government Leaders and World Vision Sectors.
- Well continuation of certain project interventions in the Rohingya camps.
