Responsibilities & Context

This position is responsible to work with the marginalized and most vulnerable children in the Myanmar / Bengali community to change their lifestyle in positively. Door to door home visit and share the benefit of CFS center/Play lab/ community to ensure excellent attendance. Conduct the session of CFS center, Play lab/ home activity build up good relationship with Rohingya/ Bengali community.

  • Para Counselor/ PA /FA will be responsible to ensure increase attendance in CFS center & home based, Ensure-timely HPL/ Home based start session conduct PC// PA / FA  is responsible for teaching how to play indoor games , Need base training receive & refreshers conduct
  • Para Counselor/PA/FA  collect data, Child Survey & decorate CFS/HPL center & Home based. Stock maintain, Culture preservation, Prepare all kinds of bill voucher & Ensure volunteer attendance
  • Para Counselor/PA/FA  is responsible to observe the CFS/ PL children, Center based, Home based children, Pregnant mother( 7 to 9 months) ensure excellent attendance & responsible to personal contact with absent children’s, Specially PWD children & parents
  • Para Counselor/PA/FA will be responsible for timely all kinds of reporting to the Manager, MIS & Tarrow etc. To conduct monthly parents and CBCPC /SMC meeting, Survey, Research ,Materials & Biscuits distribution related all kinds of work
  • Para Counselor/PA/FA ensure the quality to the  CFS/ HPL  center& home based activity. Receive supervision from Psychologist. Attend all need base  meeting/ workshop etc
  • Para counselor/ PA/FA will identify client, provided supervision & case related activities. Follow the BRAC values, Gender, PSEA, Safeguarding policy, Humanitarian policy &  others code of conduct
  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
