• At least 5 years of experience in team leadership and or field marketing with Local LEA management capacity
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in similar position is a bonus
• Good communication, people skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command over MS word and Excel
• Physically active and willing to travel within your area

Responsibilities & Context

• Building a result oriented, energetic field team
• Ensure smooth implementation of consumer engagement activities at the field level.
• Lead the team and ensure all campaign activities follow guidelines
• Serve as the key contact between the field and center team.
• Make sure all promotional materials and assets are used properly
• Maintain accurate reporting and strong control systems
