Masters or higher degree in Statistics / Economics / Agriculture / Development Studies / Social Science / Geography and Urban Planning or equivalent from reputed university.

Experience

At least 5 years

Additional Requirements

Stakeholder coordination, Field management and Data management.
Academic and/or work experience related to research field in development sector specially livelihood and agri-food market sector.
Sound knowledge on research methodology and basic knowledge of data management is mandatory.
Profound experience in conducting household survey, market survey, stakeholder survey, PRA, FGD and case study.
Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skill.Strong verbal, written and presentation skill in English.

Manage and coordinate of all field works according to the procedure and protocols of the project.
Excellent planning and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Arrange and conduct enumerators/mobilizers training program on data collection methodology and tools, community mobilization and stakeholder coordination.
Coordinate among all stakeholders including field level actors to funding agency.
Monitoring and supervision field survey, meetings and ensure the quality of data.
Supervise and monitor the survey team and ensure quality of data.
Other related assigned tasks as per project management.
