Education

• Bachelor/Honors

Graduation/equivalent degree from a reputed university.

Experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  NGO

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years

Experience:

• At least 3 years in both Quantitative and Qualitative Data Collection.
• Experience with digital data collection tools (e.g., KOBO, SurveyCTO).

Essential Competencies:

• Conduct household interviews using SurveyCTO data collection tools.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of data.
• Conduct FGDs, KIIs, and Case Studies with project stakeholders/beneficiaries.
• Assist the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team with data analysis.
• Transcribe data in Bangla or English.
• Prepare and submit reports to the team lead.
• Expertise in conducting household surveys, FGDs, KIIs and case stories.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Field-based role with flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.

Project Names:

• Farm 2 Market: Empowering Women/BD2016 Project
• Strengthen Climate-smart Vegetable and Flower Value Chain in Bangladesh/BD2017 Project

Location: Rajshahi, Natore, Tangail, Sirajganj, Kishoreganj and Jashore districts in Bangladesh

Duration: Around 15-20 days (field-based, short-term)

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary:

• Daily Gross Salary: 2,500 BDT
• Long travel (two instances): 3,000 BDT
• Local travel per day: 1,000 BDT
• Tax deductions as per government rules
