Education
A Master’s with honors degree from a recognized university in Social Science (e.g., Economics, Sociology, Public Administration, International Relations, Law, Development Studies, Statistics, etc.).
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age at most 29 years
- At least six (6) years of experience in empirical research, with a focus on quantitative analysis of survey data in a reputable organization.
- Candidates with a third division or a GPA below 2.0 in SSC/HSC or a CGPA below 2.5 (or equivalent) in higher education do not meet the necessary requirements and will not be considered for selection.
- Candidates must be experts in conducting Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
- Experience in market assessment is preferred for this position
Responsibilities & Context
- Interact and engage with project beneficiaries to collect data.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the price of the consumer goods, housing.
- Conduct/assist research as a member of a team responsible for specific research projects/assignments.
- Contribute to developing research concepts, methodologies, tools, techniques and processes of data collection.
- Collect primary and secondary data for this research.
- Support Heifer team to analyze collected data.
- Write transcription in Bangla.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the Team Lead summarizing field activities, findings, and recommendations.
- Establish relationships with local businesses, communities, and influencers to promote brand awareness.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Duration: 10 to 15 Days
Job Locations: Project Areas (Rajshahi, Natore, Tangail, Sirajganj, Kishoreganj and Jashore)

This position is fully field based
Compensation & Other Benefits
The position is offered on a daily basis contract. Payment will be made according to the organization’s policy.
