Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline along with a minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context. However, for extra-ordinary qualified having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

Experience

• At least 3 years

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years

• Age limit: Maximum 35 years (Flexible depending on relevant experience)
• Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience with National and/or International NGO(s) in the field of, safeguarding of children and project participants as well the education, and sexual reproductive health and rights.
• Experience on community mobilization on improvement of health seeking behaviour and establish linkages with community clinics, services from FWC to ensure primary health care and appropriate referral of the children and their families of the working areas.
• Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.
• Experience of mobilizing children, youths and the community as whole and organize relevant events at local level.
• Assist the supervisor with quality data, documentation and reporting.
• Keep track records of all activities performed on daily basis.

Responsibilities & Context

Location: Union level under Barguna Sadar Upazilla, Barguna

Contract Duration: Upto 30 June 2026 (the employment contract for this position is renewable on annual basis subject to availability of fund)

• About the Program: Resource Development Foundation (RDF) started its Sponsorship Program from 1st April 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh implemented by Resource Development Foundation (RDF) in Barguna district. Objective of this program is “All sponsored children especially girls & young women will be heard, live without fear of violence and will achieve their rights”. • Salary & Benefits: Monthly consolidated Salary ranges from Tk. 16,000/- to 18,000/- (depending on experience)
