Candidate must drive Motorcycle with valid driving license.
Basic computer skills in MS-Office.
Good skill in the report writing in English and Bengal.
Experience working with local sanitation enterprises/ stakeholders (RCC ring, slab, sanitation material producers, latrine installers, associated mason etc.).
Experience delivering training for local sanitation enterprises/ stakeholders.
In depth technical and market knowledge to improve product quality and business for local sanitation enterprises.

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing ‘Feed the Future Bangladesh Nutrition Activity (USAID FTF BNA) Project supported by supported by Abt Global. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibility:

Scouting potential local sanitation actors, interview, analyze and identify beneficiaries.
Arrange, coordinate and deliver capacity building training sessions on technical upgradation, market promotion and business development for local sanitation enterprises
Regular follow up to strengthen relationships with sanitation enterprises through mentoring, coaching, and guiding to develop business plan and upgrade mechanism for record keeping, customer data listing, after sales performance monitoring etc.
Regular follow up to support Sanitation enterprise to identify and understand potential customers and deliver market promotional campaigns
Explore the local market to identify private sector suppliers and conduct meetings to strengthen the business linkage between private sector suppliers and Sanitation enterprises.
Regularly meet with local government institutes (Upazila perished, Union Perished etc.), strengthen linkage with beneficiaries and share BNA progress.
Follow the organization’s Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.

Salary: Tk. 33,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project
