Responsibilities & Context

Company Details: Renssoft Solutions Ltd.” is a healthcare start-up founded in 2017 with a vision to digitize the health sector of Bangladesh. The company owns its flagship product Digital RX, a prescription writing software that enables doctors to write a prescription within just a few clicks and also manage their medical practice digitally. The company also provides online consultation services for specialized and selective industry leading Doctors to the patients through its platform called Doctorkoi.com. Together, the company aims to digitize the communications between doctors & patients & impose technology where it’s needed the most, the entire Healthcare eco-system of Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts, establishing long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-sell/up-sell initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice, troubleshooting, and resolving any technical or business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and development) to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure the timely delivery of software updates, enhancements, and support.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Visit doctors with the given details in different hospital or doctors’ chamber locations.
  • Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients for sales closing purposes and managing relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities.
  • Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company.
  • Creating client proposals based on product information provided by the company.
  • Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations.
  • Keeping track of all communications with clients, such as emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.
  • Lead and motivate a sales and support team within your designated zone to achieve targets and ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop team members to build a high-performance culture and drive individual success.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and internal stakeholders to execute strategies and deliver results.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to goals and objectives.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team to improve efficiency and customer experience.
