Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage a territory-wise field force (Medical Promotion Officers – MPOs).
- Plan and allocate territory-specific yearly and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain a territory-wise doctor list.
- Design MPO-specific work routes for optimal coverage.
- Develop and monitor customer-specific yearly and monthly business plans.
- Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor field force activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Drive target achievement and keep the team motivated.
- Identify and implement strategies for developing weaker MPOs or territories.
