Requirements

Education

• B.Sc. and M.Sc. from any discipline.
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture /Botany will be given preference.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Chemical Industries

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 33 years

• Good knowledge of different agricultural issues related to crop care.
• Good knowledge about crop pests and diseases.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities & Context

• Planning & Execution of Marketing/Promotional Activities Like SFM, FM-SFM, FGD, Campaign, DAE Meeting, etc.
• Branding the Focused Products.
• Prepare Field Marketing / Promotional Activity reports weekly for the supervisor.
• Countering competitors’ activities in running target crops.
• Stock Monitoring at Channel Points (Dealers & Retailers) and plan for liquidating the existing stock, provide necessary feedback and guideline to the BPOs / Sr. BPOs.
• Product Merchandising at Dealers’ and retailers’ shops.
• Report to supervisor as per Policy/Guideline/Field situation.
• Regular monitoring of BPOs / Sr. BPOs activities in the assigned areas.
• Monitor the execution of 2-3 SFM/day per BPO/Sr. BPO and give feedback for further improvement.
• Identify the gap/area for improvement of BPOs/Sr. BPOs & plan accordingly for the improvement.
• Provide market intelligence reports to superiors.
• Weekly reporting of BPO/Sr. BPO on DGA execution, field situation, etc.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior or management.
