• Age at most 40 years

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field-based roles, preferably in NGOs or community-based projects;
• Prior experience in community mobilization, legal awareness, environmental or developmental projects will be considered an asset;·
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups;·
• Proficiency in both Bangla and English (spoken and written);
• Competency in MS Office applications and internet;
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.·
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist the Field Facilitator in the effective implementation of project activities at the grassroots level;
• Prepare and execute weekly action plans aligned with project timelines;
• Conduct regular field visits; collect relevant documents, data, and prepare comprehensive field reports
• Mobilize community groups and stakeholders to ensure participatory engagement;
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, awareness campaigns, and other outreach programs;
• Support the preparation of periodic progress and evaluation reports;
• Liaise with government and non-government organizations, media, local leaders, and community representatives;
•  Ensure documentation and reporting comply with donor and organizational requirements
• Monitor project impact and suggest improvements to field strategies.
