Minimum 1 years of experience in field-based roles, preferably in NGOs or community-based projects;
Prior experience in community mobilization, awareness;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups;
Proficiency in both Bangla and English (spoken and written);
Competency in MS Office applications and internet;
Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Field Coordinator in the effective implementation of project activities at the grassroots level;
Prepare and execute weekly action plans aligned with project timelines;
Conduct regular field visits; collect relevant documents, data, and prepare comprehensive field reports;
Mobilize community groups and stakeholders to ensure participatory engagement;
Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, awareness campaigns, and other outreach programs;
Support the preparation of periodic progress and evaluation reports;
Liaise with government and non-government organizations, media, local leaders, and community representatives;
Ensure documentation and reporting comply with donor and organizational requirements;
Monitor project impact and suggest improvements to field strategies;
