Job Overview:

Way-Wise Tech is launching an exciting new eCommerce marketplace, and we are seeking a dynamic Field Operation Manager to oversee all field operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers, managing in-house and field operations, and ensuring smooth logistic support for timely delivery of products. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, market awareness, and the ability to manage multiple teams and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure the timely availability of products.
• Market Research: Monitor and analyze product prices across different markets to ensure competitive pricing on the platform.
• Logistics Management: Oversee the entire logistics process, ensuring efficient product delivery from suppliers to the warehouse and ultimately to customers.
• Team Management: Manage both in-house teams and field staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring team collaboration.
• Inventory Control: Work closely with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels and avoid product shortages or overstocking.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet the required quality standards and liaise with suppliers for improvements when necessary.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize daily operations, including delivery routes, warehouse processes, and logistics systems, to improve overall efficiency.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operations, supplier performance, and market trends for senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and local regulations.
